Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a beginner, our instructor will guide you through a series of gentle poses and mindfulness practices, all within the calming and inspiring environment of our museum. Join us for a harmonious fusion of movement and art as you stretch, breathe, and relax in a space where creativity meets serenity.
Be prepared with a yoga mat and wearing comfortable clothes. Don’t have a mat? Yoga mats will be provided on a first come, first served basis.

Sarah Wilhelm is a certified 200 RYT yoga instructor and fell in love with yoga over fifteen years ago. She enjoys guiding students on their journey to mindfulness and physical well-being. Specializing in Vinyasa flow, Sarah emphasizes alignment, breathwork, and mental clarity in every class. Whether working with beginners or advanced practitioners, she is dedicated to creating a supportive and transformative environment where students can cultivate strength, flexibility, and inner peace.
